Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join an outpatient mental health team, providing meaningful clinical experience under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments
- Developing treatment plans
- Delivering individual psychotherapy
- Providing psychoeducation and skill-building
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- Participating in team meetings
- Collaborating with community partners
- Engaging in ongoing supervision and professional development
Primary focus on individual therapy, with occasional group opportunities.
Schedule
Flexible hybrid work schedule with onsite and telehealth options, requiring one evening appointment weekly.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or current “In Training” license in Wisconsin
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
