About the role
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-based mental health team, focusing on individual therapy services under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy
- Deliver psychoeducation
- Maintain documentation
- Participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with community partners
- Engage in ongoing professional development using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for or holding a Wisconsin “In Training” license (such as APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred skills
- Active licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Trauma-informed care knowledge
