About the role
Primarily providing individual therapy services under supervision, with opportunities for psychoeducation, assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with community partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver therapy and skill-building interventions
- Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development using trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Practicum experience in mental health or community services
- Eligibility for or possession of an “In Training” license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Active licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
Schedule
Flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth days, and one evening appointment per week.
