Therapist - In Training

About the role

Primarily providing individual therapy services under supervision, with opportunities for psychoeducation, assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with community partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver therapy and skill-building interventions
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development using trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Practicum experience in mental health or community services
• Eligibility for or possession of an “In Training” license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred

• Active licensure
• Experience with justice-involved populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care

Schedule

Flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth days, and one evening appointment per week.
