Overview
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-based mental health team. Under supervision, you'll conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, and deliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventions. This role focuses primarily on individual therapy, with occasional group opportunities.
Responsibilities

Schedule
Flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth options. One evening appointment per week at 5:00 PM is required.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for an "In Training" license in Wisconsin
