About the role
Full-time Therapist In Training position within an outpatient mental health team providing individual therapy services under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, and implement skill-building interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with community partners and engage in professional development
- Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices
Work arrangements
- Flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth options
- One evening appointment required weekly
- Schedules designed to support continuity of care
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligible for or hold an "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)
Preferred qualifications
- Active licensure
- Experience with justice-involved populations
