About the role
Join our team as an IOP therapist to provide structured clinical care for individuals in substance use recovery. In this role, you will facilitate therapy groups, conduct individual and family sessions, design treatment plans, and evaluate clients through level-of-care assessments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate therapy groups
- Conduct individual and family sessions
- Design treatment plans
- Evaluate clients through level-of-care assessments
- Provide complete patient assessments
- Plan for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow-up care
- Implement treatment plans
- Coordinate the treatment process and discharge planning
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience required
- Licensed as LPC, LCSW, Clinic Psychologist, or LMFT
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 3 months of hire
- BLS required within 3 months of hire
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Ability to care for Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse age specific populations
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree required

Benefits
Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs such as shift differentials, clinical ladders, and other incentives that may be available for those in eligible positions.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role is $29.01 - $46.19 hourly.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 9 am-5 pm, w/ 1-2 evening shifts per week.
