About the role

Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and his or her family.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
• Co-facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
• Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
• Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.

Requirements

• Current Associate or Independent licensure required in the state of employment.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field.
• Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.

Pay

Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $55,000-$65,000
Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$77,000
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications and experience.

Full-time, Monday-Friday
