About the role
The Therapist provides quality clinical services to a variety of individuals, families and couples within the community and programs within Vantage Community Services.
Responsibilities
- Establishing a strong therapeutic alliance that promotes emotional safety
- Providing clinical services to clients in various settings
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team
- Adapting to changing needs and environments
- Maintaining accurate and consistent records
- Engaging in continuous learning and professional development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Psychiatric Nursing
- Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college
Qualifications
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Willingness to learn and evolve professionally
- Organized with a strong focus on record-keeping
- Flexible and adaptable to change
