About the role
We aim to create a world where people with eating disorders can recover through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our therapists collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy
- Oversee a caseload of clients, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Co-facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family sessions
- Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings
- Carry out intake evaluations to assess new clients
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Current Associate or Independent licensure in the state of employment
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field
- Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy

Pay
Starting salaries range from $50,000 to $65,000 for pre-independently licensed therapists and from $60,000 to $75,000 for independently licensed therapists, with final compensation within this range based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), M-F 8a-4p
