About the role

We aim to create a world where people with eating disorders can recover through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our therapists collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy
• Oversee a caseload of clients, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Co-facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family sessions
• Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings
• Carry out intake evaluations to assess new clients
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Current Associate or Independent licensure in the state of employment
• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field
• Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy

Pay

Starting salaries range from $50,000 to $65,000 for pre-independently licensed therapists and from $60,000 to $75,000 for independently licensed therapists, with final compensation within this range based on qualifications and experience.
