Position Summary

Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and his or her family.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40hrs/wk)
  • M-F 8a-4p

Compensation Range

  • Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $50,000-$65,000
  • Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$75,000

How Therapists Empower Recovery

  • Oversight of a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
  • Co-Facilitation of individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
  • Creation, implementation, and continuous monitoring of individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
  • Application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
  • Guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
  • Facilitation and leading of treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
  • Comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
  • Performance of other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.

Qualifications

  • Current Associate or Independent licensure required in the state of employment required.
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
  • Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy required.
