Therapist I or II (Full-Time)

About the role

The Therapist provides quality clinical services to individuals, families, and couples within the community and Vantage Community Services programs. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, establishing strong therapeutic alliances that promote emotional safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services to a diverse client base
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and consistent record-keeping
• Engage in creative problem-solving
• Adapt to changing needs and environments

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Psychiatric Nursing
• Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
