About the role
The Therapist provides quality clinical services to individuals, families, and couples within the community and Vantage Community Services programs. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, establishing strong therapeutic alliances that promote emotional safety.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical services to a diverse client base
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and consistent record-keeping
- Engage in creative problem-solving
- Adapt to changing needs and environments
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Psychiatric Nursing
- Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
