Therapeutic Counselor

Role: Part-time Counselor (LCPC / LPC) Responsibilities Include Providing assessments of mental status, personality, behavior, relationships, and family dynamics.Offering individual and family counseling, support services, and psychotherapy tailored to client needs.Facilitating counseling groups and participating in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.Consulting with staff, families, and insurance providers regarding treatment progress and recommendations.Completing documentation such as service summaries, billing, progress, and discharge reports, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and accreditation standards.Participating in in-house seminars, team meetings, and crisis intervention activities. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in human services or related field.Minimum of two years’ experience.Valid LCPC / LPC or equivalent licensure. Physical & Additional Requirements: Medium work capacity, capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
