Therapeutic Counselor

Role: Part-time Counselor with LCPC/LPC licensure, providing mental health counseling and support services. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of mental status, personality, behavior, and family dynamics.Offer individual, family, and group counseling tailored to client needs.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for treatment planning.Provide consultation with staff, families, and insurance providers regarding progress and treatment recommendations.Complete documentation, including service summaries, billing, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with standards and confidentiality.Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and crisis intervention activities.Supervise in-house activities and support program participants as needed. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in a human services field and at least two years of experience.Licensed LCPC / LPC or equivalent licensure.Strong assessment, counseling, and documentation skills.Ability to work with diverse populations and in a team environment. Physical & Other Requirements: Medium physical activity, including exerting force to move objects up to 50 pounds.
