Role: Provides counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families facing mental health and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, offers individual and family therapy, facilitates counseling groups, participates in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, and documents progress and billing. Ensures timely completion of evaluation and discharge reports, maintains confidentiality, and contributes to crisis intervention efforts. Qualifications: Master's degree in a human services field, two years of experience, and LICSW or similar licensure. Skills: Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively; adherence to ethical standards. Physical requirements: Medium work capacity, capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Additional info: No supervisory responsibilities; performs duties in community-based settings; commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
