About the Role

This is a podcast production role focused on creating well-researched, engaging documentary-style episodes. The team explores historical mysteries, scientific anomalies, cryptids, and unexplained phenomena, ensuring each episode offers fresh insights and high-quality storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics, including historical records, scientific studies, and firsthand accounts.
• Develop episode scripts that balance factual accuracy with compelling narrative structure.
• Collaborate with hosts and guests to refine interview questions and storytelling approaches.
• Produce and edit audio content to maintain high production standards.
• Ensure episodes provide new perspectives or information on well-covered topics.
• Engage with audience feedback and incorporate relevant insights into future episodes.

• Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into accessible narratives.
• Experience in audio production, including recording, editing, and mixing.
