Operation Program Engineer (A Group OPM 02 )

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive cross-function collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of various projects.
• Show strong organizational and planning skills with a high level of holistic and strategic thinking, and attentiveness to details.
• Show strong writing and interpersonal skills, and be good at presentations.
• Show solid experiences in managing resources and preparing appropriate documentation.
• Show willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environments and new challenges.
• Customer relationship maintenance / Customer visit reception
• Work with cross-functional teams for budget planning, Bill of Materials (BOM) building, build plans, security control, etc.
• Deal with production abnormalities, such as material shortages/change, quality holds, line-down issues, etc.

Education and work experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of program management experience.

Working conditions

• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment.
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruptions to operations.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Can speak, listen, and write/read Chinese (preferred).
• Have server-related working experience (preferred).
