About the role

We are seeking dedicated educators to join our PREP Family and experience a whole new adventure of teaching in early childhood. Each PREP School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchise Owner is the employer at their specific PREP School location and sets their own wage and benefits program, therefore this may vary per school location and Franchise Owner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Observe and assess children's progress and development
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid state teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months
• Experience working with young children preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for early childhood education
