About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and offers a hybrid schedule between Boise, Idaho and Pocatello, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand provider networks
- Identify and assess potential partners for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
- Manage contracts and agreements with selected providers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in neurodiversity care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
