Testing Psychologist - Contract (1099) - Idaho

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and offers a hybrid schedule between Boise, Idaho and Pocatello, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand provider networks
• Identify and assess potential partners for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
• Manage contracts and agreements with selected providers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in neurodiversity care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
