About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and retaining healthcare providers who are committed to neurodiversity inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare providers who prioritize neurodiversity inclusion
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on neurodiversity initiatives
- Conduct market research to inform provider network strategies
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach programs to attract diverse provider networks
- Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
