About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network
- Identify and evaluate potential new providers to join the network
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on network goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the provider network
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to neurodiversity and healthcare provider networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare administration
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
