About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on building a robust provider network that supports individuals with neurodiversity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence
- Identify and engage new providers who align with the center's mission and values
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of services
- Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to expand the provider network
- Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare administration
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Experience with data analysis and reporting

Pay
- $60,000 - $70,000 annually
