About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on building a robust provider network that supports individuals with neurodiversity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence
  • Identify and engage new providers who align with the center's mission and values
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of services
  • Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to expand the provider network
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare administration
  • Experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
