About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and is hybrid, working from both Boise, Idaho and Pocatello, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand provider networks.
- Identify and evaluate potential providers based on their alignment with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new provider networks into existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare provider contracts and network management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the provider networks to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or similar healthcare administration roles.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong professional relationships.
- Experience with neurodiversity and understanding of its impact on healthcare delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in at least one state.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and policies.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
