About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and is hybrid, working from both Boise, Idaho and Pocatello, Idaho.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand provider networks.
  • Identify and evaluate potential providers based on their alignment with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission and values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new provider networks into existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare provider contracts and network management.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the provider networks to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or similar healthcare administration roles.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong professional relationships.
  • Experience with neurodiversity and understanding of its impact on healthcare delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in at least one state.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and policies.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of healthcare policy and regulations.
