About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers to establish partnerships that enhance access to care for individuals with neurodiversity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build strong provider networks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address gaps in care for individuals with neurodiversity
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in provider network development
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare management
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Understanding of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
