About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, located in Salt Lake City, Utah and Hurricane, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to establish and maintain a robust network of services.
- Identify and evaluate potential providers based on quality, accessibility, and alignment with the center's mission.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the provider network meets the needs of patients and aligns with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare provider networks.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or similar healthcare management roles.
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
