About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers to build relationships and ensure the center's services are accessible and effective.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to expand access to services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services
- Identify and address gaps in service delivery to improve patient outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform network development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or related field
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
