Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence

Tacoma, Washington

• Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Identifies and evaluates potential partners, assesses their capabilities, and negotiates contracts.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborates with internal teams to align provider network goals with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the provider network.
• Manage the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to providers to enhance their performance and satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
