About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the state of West Virginia. This role is contracted (1099) and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential providers who are neurodiverse and align with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure they understand and support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that enhance neurodiversity inclusion in the healthcare system.
- Conduct outreach and education sessions to raise awareness about neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery.
- Monitor progress against goals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals who identify as neurodiverse.
- Knowledge of best practices in neurodiversity inclusion and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid West Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
