About the role

Lead sales efforts in the Southeast Georgia region, focusing on Savannah, GA. Responsible for expanding Purple Wave's auction business within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Purple Wave's market share in the Southeast Georgia region.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and presentations.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave's services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the auction or event management industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and market share in similar regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client relationships and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of auction processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
