About the role
Lead sales efforts in the Southeast Georgia region, focusing on Savannah, GA. Responsible for expanding Purple Wave's auction business within the designated territory.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Purple Wave's market share in the Southeast Georgia region.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and presentations.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave's services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the auction or event management industry.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share in similar regions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of auction processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
