Job Summary
Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
- Set first time appointments to secure a WIN.
- Build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leader.
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs), who report to them.
- Provide status updates to reporting PDM.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive-driven sales.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- 50% of the time in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
