Responsibilities
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
- Build and develop knowledge of Auris’ product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
- Provide regular status updates to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM)
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- Two years of relevant experience
- At least six years of relevant experience preferred
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and collaboratively
- Incentive-driven sales mindset
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Comfortable with an on-site presence
