Territory Sales Manager - Payroll/ HR

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Auris Payroll/HCM services
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production targets, including setting appointments
• Stay updated on the financial technology industry
• Attend weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions with the PDM
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
• Provide regular updates to the PDM

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills
• Works independently and collaboratively
• Incentive-driven sales mindset
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• Comfortable with an on-site presence

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least six years of relevant experience
• At least one to two years of supervisory experience

Pay & Benefits

Compensation is transparent and competitive, with an average starting salary of $90,000 - $105,000+ for top performers. The package includes uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Full commission, residuals, and vesting are offered.
