Territory Sales Manager - Payroll/ HR

Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients for Auris Payroll/HCM services
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
- Achieve minimum production targets, including setting appointments
- Stay updated on the financial technology industry
- Attend weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions with the PDM
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
- Provide regular updates to the PDM
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills
- Works independently and collaboratively
- Incentive-driven sales mindset
- Professional demeanor and integrity
- High sense of urgency and sales talent
- Comfortable with an on-site presence
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six years of relevant experience
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience
Pay & Benefits
Compensation is transparent and competitive, with an average starting salary of $90,000 - $105,000+ for top performers. The package includes uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Full commission, residuals, and vesting are offered.
