Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • Reporting to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM), responsible for training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
  • Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Atlas.
  • Setting first-time appointments and securing wins.
  • Continuously building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends.
  • Attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader.
  • Providing status updates to the reporting PDM.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive-driven sales mindset.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
  • 50% of the time in the field.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • At least six years of relevant experience.
  • At least one to two years of supervisory experience.
