Responsibilities
- Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- Reporting to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM), responsible for training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
- Maintaining existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Atlas.
- Setting first-time appointments and securing wins.
- Continuously building and developing knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends.
- Attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader.
- Providing status updates to the reporting PDM.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive-driven sales mindset.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- 50% of the time in the field.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience.
