Territory Sales Manager - Payroll/ HR

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and running presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas).
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
- Build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader.
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
- Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive-driven sales mindset.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Comfortable with an on-site presence.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is transparent and competitive. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+, including uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Full commission, residuals, and vesting are offered. The company also provides a 401(k) matching program and immediate vesting in the 401(k) plan. Other benefits include:
