Territory Sales Manager - Payroll/ HR

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
• Build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM)

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Incentive-driven sales mindset
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Comfortable with an on-site presence

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least six years of relevant experience
• At least one to two years of supervisory experience

Pay & Benefits

Compensation is transparent and competitive. A first-year professional may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ if in the top 25% in terms of performance. The compensation includes uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Full commission, residuals, and vesting are offered.
