About the role

Lead sales efforts in the Central Georgia territory, focusing on expanding Purple Wave Auction's market share through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase auction attendance and participation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders to foster business growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave Auction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an auction or event management environment.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Pay
