Lead sales efforts in the Central Georgia territory, focusing on expanding Purple Wave Auction's market share through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase auction attendance and participation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders to foster business growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Purple Wave Auction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an auction or event management environment.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
