Territory Manager - Infusion Therapies and Platforms (Rochester/Buffalo, NY)

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation in the healthcare space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas across the Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products
• Implement sales strategies and execute business plans for volume, product mix, and profit objectives
• Call on acute-care hospital customers and deliver effective presentations
• Partner closely with Infusion Systems and other company teams to meet goals
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base
• Manage and optimize the company’s GPO contracts
• Provide market information to management and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience
• Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective sales strategies
• Willingness to travel to both remote and urban locations, independently or with others
• Proven sales performance and strong organizational skills

Pay

$96,000 – $132,000 annually
