For our client, we are seeking a Territory Manager - Infusion Therapies And Platforms (rochester/Buffalo Ny) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $96,000 – $132,000 annually Responsibilities Achieve sales quotas across the Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products Implement sales strategies and execute business plans for volume, product mix, and profit objectives Call on acute-care hospital customers and deliver effective presentations Partner closely with Infusion Systems and other the company teams to meet goals Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base Manage and optimize the company’s GPO contracts Provide market information to management and marketing teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective sales strategies Willingness to travel to both remote and urban locations, independently or with others Proven sales performance and strong organizational skills Benefits Medical and dental coverage starting on day one Insurance coverage for life, accident, short-term, and long-term disability Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with matching Flexible Spending Accounts and educational assistance programs Paid time off ranging from 20 to 35 days based on length of service Paid parental leave and family medical leaves of absence Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and childcare benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
