Territory Manager, Infusion Therapies and Platforms (North Carolina)

As a Territory Manager within our Infusion Therapies and Platform team, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products in the North Carolina market. You serve as the primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our solutions to save and sustain lives, acting as both the face and voice of our portfolio. You value collaboration between teams and understand how these connections drive strong business results. The insights and feedback you provide to your team and cross-functional partners help inform priorities and support meaningful change.
In this role, you will promote our Medication Delivery, Pharma, and Nutrition portfolio with primary call points including Materials Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Risk Management, and other departments throughout the hospital in the North Carolina market. We seek individuals who take personal accountability for achieving results and can “win” at every stage of the customer’s buying process.
Homebase/Territory: Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill markets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas across a diverse portfolio including Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products.
- Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to deliver on volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
- Call on acute-care hospital customers; deliver effective presentations; and provide product information, demonstrations, and education.
- Partner closely with Infusion Systems and the broader Baxter team to meet goals and objectives.
- Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
- Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
- Serve as a resource for market information to management and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Three years of medical/hospital sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel to both remote and urban locations, independently or with other personnel.
- Proven sales performance, a strong team orientation, and solid organizational skills.

Pay
The estimated base pay range for this position is $104,000 - $143,000 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The estimated range reflects an anticipated salary range for the position. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
