Key Responsibilities

  • Educate surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital stakeholders on product benefits, clinical applications, and best practices
  • Present and discuss clinical data to support informed product selection and utilization
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and commercial leadership, to drive successful customer outcomes
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue goals while building long-term growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information within the CRM system
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings, training programs, and collaborative initiatives
  • Share best practices and market insights with colleagues to support overall team success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical device, biologics, or life sciences sales experience
  • Experience selling into hospital environments and working with surgeons and clinical stakeholders preferred
  • Background in soft tissue reconstruction, surgical implants, biologics, wound care, or related specialties is highly desirable

  • Proven ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound business judgment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams

Work Environment & Travel

  • This field-based position involves working from a home office, hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices
  • Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory is required, with occasional travel for corporate meetings, training programs, and national sales events
