Key Responsibilities
- Educate surgeons, clinical staff, and hospital stakeholders on product benefits, clinical applications, and best practices
- Present and discuss clinical data to support informed product selection and utilization
- Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and commercial leadership, to drive successful customer outcomes
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue goals while building long-term growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and account information within the CRM system
- Participate in regional and national sales meetings, training programs, and collaborative initiatives
- Share best practices and market insights with colleagues to support overall team success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of medical device, biologics, or life sciences sales experience
- Experience selling into hospital environments and working with surgeons and clinical stakeholders preferred
- Background in soft tissue reconstruction, surgical implants, biologics, wound care, or related specialties is highly desirable

Work Environment & Travel
- This field-based position involves working from a home office, hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices
- Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory is required, with occasional travel for corporate meetings, training programs, and national sales events
