About the role
You will promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers. Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, both onsite and via phone.
- Be responsible for improving gross profit and securing new business opportunities.
- Enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions.
- Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
- Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
- Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.
Requirements
- Obtained a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- At least five to seven (5-7) years of sales experience.
- Prior sales success and defined sales process is critical for this role.
- Industrial gas experience and welding experience is preferred, and Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
- At least a High School Diploma / GED.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
