Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator (Part-time - Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
  • Engage in social media and other channels to increase candidate flow through social media campaigns.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications.
  • Affiliate with candidate outreach and scheduling of phone screens and interviews.
  • Cook up interview logistics and communications with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data.
  • Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Affiliate with reference checks, background check coordination, and other pre-employment activities as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience.
  • Experience with working with HRIS systems like UKG or similar ATS platforms.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week, for a temporary assignment of approximately 3–6 months, with flexibility based on organizational needs.
