RemoteRemoteHuman Resources$22–$27/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented summary. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the description. Key info: - Remote, Part-Time 15-20 Hours Per Week $22-$27/hr Eastern Or Central Time Zone Preferred - Looking for a Recruiting Role Where You Can Make an Impact? We need to map to sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and What We're Looking For?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe the "Before You Apply" list?), Benefits (Why Join...), Pay (Compensation), Schedule (Schedule details). Must not create sections with filler. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Recruiting Coordinator

. Use headings for sections only. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like industries list, core values, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. So remove "Advanced Fryer Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also remove "Ready to Join the AFS Team? If you're passionate..." maybe that's a call to action; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly application instructions but it's a motivational closing. Might be considered part of "Why Join"? Actually "Why Join Advanced Fryer Solutions?" already covers benefits. The "Ready to Join..." is a call to action; we could drop as it's application instruction. Safer to drop. Also remove "Before You Apply This Position May Be a Good Fit If You ..." maybe we keep as Skills or Qualifications? It's not boilerplate; it's substantive about fit. We'll keep as a section maybe "Skills" or "Qualifications". The instructions say use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those. Let's extract: About the role: introductory paragraph(s) describing the role, company, impact, remote part-time, etc. Could be first few paragraphs before Position Details. Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. Requirements: maybe "What We're Looking For" (the bullet list of traits) plus maybe core values? Or we could treat core values as part of About the role? But we can include in Requirements. Qualifications: "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" and "Preferred Industry Experience". Could split: Required Qualifications under Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications maybe also under Qualifications? But we have separate headings: Qualifications and Skills. Could put Required Qualifications under Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications under Skills? Or we could put both under Qualifications and Skills for soft skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have both Qualifications and Skills sections. We need to decide what goes where. Typically, Qualifications = education, experience, certifications. Skills = abilities, soft skills, technical skills. Thus: - Qualifications: Required Qualifications (HS diploma, communication skills, organization, MS Office, remote work, confidentiality). Also Preferred Qualifications (previous recruiting experience, high-volume hiring, service-based recruiting, phone interviews, ATS familiarity, Paylocity experience). Also Preferred Industry Experience list. - Skills: The "Before You Apply" list (personable, comfortable speaking, organized, detail-focused, able to identify qualified candidates, manage high volume, evaluate candidates for operational/service-based, professional, responsive, customer-service focused, comfortable discussing attendance, schedules, physical requirements, driving responsibilities, job expectations, able to identify candidates aligning with core values, dependable, independent work, interested in building teams). Also maybe core values? But core values are more about company; could be in About the role. Also the "What We're Looking For" list (personable, organized, process-oriented, detail-focused, able to quickly identify qualified candidates, comfortable managing high volume, skilled at evaluating candidates for operational/service-based/field service positions, professional, responsive, customer-service focused, comfortable discussing attendance, schedules, physical requirements, driving responsibilities, job expectations, able to identify candidates aligning with core values, dependable, able to work independently, interested in helping build strong teams). That's similar to the Before You Apply list. Could combine. We need to avoid duplication. The posting has both "What We're Looking For" and "Before You Apply This Position May Be a Good Fit If You". They are similar but not identical. We should preserve all substantive info, not remove duplicates unless they are duplicated lines. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines". So we should remove duplicated lines. If the two lists are largely overlapping, we need to deduplicate. Let's compare. What We're Looking For bullet list: - Personable and comfortable speaking with applicants by phone - Organized, process-oriented, and highly detail-focused - Able to quickly identify qualified candidates - Comfortable managing a high volume of applicants - Skilled at evaluating candidates for operational, service-based, and field service positions - Professional, responsive, and customer-service focused - Comfortable discussing attendance, schedules, physical requirements, driving responsibilities, and job expectations with candidates - Able to identify candidates who align with our core values of Respect, Dependability, Pride, and Empowerment - Dependable and able to work independently - Interested in helping build strong teams across multiple markets Before You Apply list: - Enjoy speaking with applicants and building relationships - Are comfortable conducting phone interviews and candidate screenings - Can manage multiple open positions and competing priorities - Have strong organizational and follow-up skills - Are comfortable recruiting for positions with higher turnover and larger applicant volumes - Can identify candidates who align with company culture and job requirements - Enjoy working independently in a remote environment - Are comfortable having direct conversations regarding schedules, attendance, physical job requirements, and hiring expectations These are similar but not exact duplicates. We should keep both sets but avoid exact duplicate lines. There's no exact duplicate phrasing. So we can keep both, maybe combine into a Skills section. Thus Skills section could contain both lists combined (maybe as a single
with items). Ensure we don't lose any. Now Benefits: "Why Join Advanced Fryer Solutions?" list: - Flexible Remote Work Schedule - Opportunity to Partner Directly with Human Resources Leadership - Hands-On Talent Acquisition Experience - Exposure to Recruiting, Compliance, Background Screening, and Hiring Processes - Opportunity to Help Build Teams Across Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Western New York - Meaningful Impact on Company Growth - Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment Pay: Compensation: $22-$27 per hour. Schedule: Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, Preferred Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, Some flexibility may be available based on business needs and candidate availability. Also Location: Remote (maybe part of About the role). Employment Type: Part-Time (maybe also About the role). We'll include in About the role. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings for each section we include. We must not include / or markdown fences. Let's craft:
