Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. The Recruiting Coordinator aids and facilitates the movement of candidates through the recruitment process, playing a key role in coordinating and scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and staffing agencies, and supporting the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist recruiters in coordinating with candidates, managers, and staffing agencies to schedule interviews (phone, onsite, Zoom) across multiple departments and offices.
• Manage multiple scheduling changes and calendar updates with candidates and hiring managers.
• Update the Requisition Report with recruiting activity and required information.
• Post open positions on LinkedIn and other job posting boards.
• Attend weekly Talent Acquisition meetings and recruiting meetings, providing updates and activities.
• Adhere to company core values, policies, procedures, and business ethics.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related area.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, MS Office, and Smartsheets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
