About the role

Registered Respiratory Therapists play a vital role within the healthcare team by developing personalized respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians and colleagues, focusing on promoting health or providing comfort at the end of life. They utilize evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support patients throughout their health journey. The role entails responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and delivering care in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a temporary assignment to a specific unit, with flexibility to work at various locations as needed. RRTs must possess the necessary skills, competency, and licensure to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (required), Bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience (required)
• Current RCP licensure in the appropriate state (required)
