About the role
The Temporary Recruitment Operations Generalist supports recruitment, internal mobility processes, and supplemental workforce management across the organization. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager, this position is responsible for requisition and vacancy management, internal applicant processing, workforce tracking, staffing analytics, and operational initiatives that support organizational staffing needs and service delivery goals.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and process requisitions.
- Maintain recruitment records, job descriptions, and related documentation.
- Support talent pipeline, vacancy management, and staffing updates to help identify hiring priorities and operational needs.
