Human Resources Generalist- Temporary
Position Summary
The HR Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support to employees and leaders, ensuring effective delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. The position supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, employee engagement, and HR record management. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource to employees and managers while promoting organizational policies, regulatory compliance, a positive workplace culture, and high-quality patient care through effective people practices.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience – required
- Experience handling employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management matters – required
- Healthcare experience – preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field – required
Pay
Starting wage: $38.35–$52.75 per hour, depending on experience. This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 90–180 days. Full-time hours, primarily Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.
