Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team across a variety of employee lifecycle activities.
- Cook up and distribute new hire onboarding packages.

- Coordinate and initiate new hire onboarding.
- Process employment and income verification requests for lenders, prospective employers, and employees.
- Manage unemployment claims and related documentation.
- Review and audit bi-weekly payroll for accuracy prior to processing.
- Respond to employee inquiries through the HR inbox and route requests as appropriate.
- Process payroll adjustments, deduction changes, earnings updates, and other manual payroll corrections as needed.
- Prepare and distribute recurring monthly HR reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support HR leadership with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience supporting payroll processing or payroll administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Pay
$30.00 - $35.00/hour
