Temporary Annual Giving Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of annual giving events, special campaigns, and fundraising initiatives designed to increase donor participation and revenue.
• Execute campaign timelines, work plans, communication strategies, and solicitation activities for special fundraising campaigns and events.
• Assist with the management, planning and execution of university-wide and unit-specific fundraising events, university giving day, recent graduate gift program, and special appeals.
• Assist with the recruitment and manage fundraising volunteers who support university giving day, graduate gift programs, and special campaigns.
• Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, registration, materials, staffing, vendors, facilities, communications, and post-event follow-up.
• Supports the timely and accurate recording of gifts, pledges, event participation, and donor engagement activities in the division database.
