Annual Giving Coordinator

About the role

This role involves managing philanthropic programs focused on employee engagement and community outreach for a pediatric medical center. The organization is dedicated to healthcare and community service through their charitable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate employee-focused and community-facing philanthropic programs.
• Manage the growth and execution of the annual Employees Care fundraising campaign.
• Execute specified Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) fundraising programs.
• Use strong writing and editing skills to articulate themes and issues related to philanthropy.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues inside and outside the Foundation.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of progressive experience in annual giving, fundraising, or related fields such as sales, communication, marketing, or customer service.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance.
