Responsibilities

  • Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and inventory receipts
  • Enter invoices into the AP system
  • Support organized, efficient record-keeping
  • Assist with processing transactions
  • Contribute to month-end close activities as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • Mechanical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Three-way match, PO, and ERP experience

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with basic accounting software
