Responsibilities
- Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and inventory receipts
- Enter invoices into the AP system
- Support organized, efficient record-keeping
- Assist with processing transactions
- Contribute to month-end close activities as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Mechanical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Manufacturing experience
- Three-way match, PO, and ERP experience
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with basic accounting software
