Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of customers’ needs and expectations, ensuring that products and services are offered that address those needs and expectations.
• Develops new business by recommending products and services to establish or extend customer relationships, including utilization of business partners as appropriate.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of work, demonstrating sound technical knowledge and staying informed of and adhering to alerts, procedures, and policies.
• Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed compliance, security, and risk protocols, maintaining proficiency in regulatory compliance.
• Maintains a commitment to the success of the Bank and the team, supporting branch supervisors in implementing Bank policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Is an engaged member of the branch team, stepping up as needed to accomplish team objectives, and supports the branch supervisors in creating a positive work environment.
• Fulfills tasks and assignments efficiently, managing time and priorities effectively, and demonstrates flexibility in expressing ideas and using professional communication methods.
• Supports branch, division, and Bank’s strategic goals, understands and complies with Bank policies and procedures, and brings requests for exceptions to branch supervisors as appropriate.
• Performs functions within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers, and performs other related and unrelated duties as required.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent, or currently enrolled.
• Work Experience: 3-6 months banking or retail cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills desired; knowledge of basic math principles and ability to perform basic mathematical procedures; intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to work extended and weekend hours; scheduling and work location flexibility required; ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 25 pounds.

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this role is $36,010 to $46,219. This pay range is the annual salary we in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation paid may fluctuate higher or lower than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future due to several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications, internal equity, adjustments to the requirements and responsibilities of the job, business needs, and economic and market data.
